Our Homemade Hereford Beef Steak & Ale Pie is a true farm-kitchen classic, crafted in small batches using our own Hereford beef raised right here on our farm.
We take generous chunks of our slow-grown beef and gently braise them until meltingly tender, then simmer them in a rich, full-bodied local ale with onions, mushrooms and garden herbs. The result is a deeply savoury filling, packed with flavour, that’s encased in our golden, buttery pastry and baked until perfectly crisp.
Made with the finest ingredients and absolutely no shortcuts, this is proper, hearty food – just as it should be.
