Vallformosa Cava
- Grapes: A traditional Cava blend of 50% Macabeo, 30% Xarel·lo, and 20% Parellada.
- Tasting Notes: It features intense aromas of green apple and fennel, combined with notes of white flowers and citrus. The palate is fresh and balanced, with fine, persistent bubbles and a long, clean finish.
- Aging: Aged for a minimum of 12 months in the bottle.
- Pairings: Excellent as an aperitif, or paired with seafood dishes like smoked salmon and trout, or fish and chips
